CCIA’s Don’t Break What Works Campaign Responds as FTC Welcomes iRobot’s Forced Layoffs  

Washington, D.C. (2/1/2024) – Today, CCIA’s Don’t Break What Works campaign issued the following statement regarding the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) statement that the agency was pleased at the dropped acquisition of iRobot, which resulted in forced layoffs:

“The Commission’s statement that they are ‘pleased’ with a forced decision that will eliminate jobs for hundreds of hard-working Americans further exposes an agenda which has repeatedly prioritized radical legal theories over people,” said Chandler Smith Costello, a spokeswoman for the Don’t Break What Works campaign
